دشن معالي وزير الحج الدكتور بندر بن محمد حجار اليوم أعمال لقاء المجلس الإستشاري لمكتب إدارة المشاريع والمبادرات بالوزارة، بفندق هيلتون جدة ، كما أطلق أعمال ورشة العمل المتعلقة بالمشاريع ، بحضور وكلاء وزارة الحج والمستشارون ومدراء عموم الإدارات ومسؤولي مكتب إدارة المبادرات الإستراتيجية.
وأبان الدكتور حجّار في كلمة له خلال اللقاء أن وزارة الحج أنشأت مكتب إدارة المشاريع والمبادرات من أجل العمل على تقييم وتفعيل ومتابعة المشاريع التطويرية ، ومشاريع التحول المؤسسي للوزارة ، بهدف التغلب علي أي صعوبات تواجهها الوزارة في جدولة وحصر وترابط مشاريعها بين القطاعات المختلفة لضمان التنفيذ وفق جداول عمل، ومواصفات محددة.
وأفاد أن المكتب يعمل بأسلوب علمي وفقاً لمنهجية أفضل معايير إدارة الأعمال بالوزارة ، لتكون مواكبة للتوجيهات السامية الكريمة للخطة الإستراتيجية لوزارة الحج لمدة 25 عاماً للحج والعمرة والزيارة ، مطالباً مسؤولي الوزارة ومدراء المشاريع بالاستفادة من الإمكانات والخبرات لهذا المكتب والتفاعل معه بتقديم المبادرات والأفكار التي تخدم الوزارة.
وفي سياق متصل أعلن معالي وزير الحج أن الوزارة ستمنح جائزة لـ أفضل مدير مشروع متميز ، يلتزم في تنفيذ المشروع بالمواصفات المعتمدة ، والوقت المحدد ، وتكون الجائزة حافزاً للجميع في التعامل مع أعمال مكتب إدارة المبادرات الإستراتيجية للعمل على تقييم وتفعيل ومتابعة أهم المشاريع التطويرية التي تنفذها وزارة الحج .
إثر ذلك ناقش مكتب إدارة المبادرات إطار تحديد أولويات المبادرات وجميع المشاريع وعرض نتائج تحديد الاعتمادات علي أن تكون هذه المشاريع والمبادرات مواكبة لأهداف الوزارة لتحقيق ما تسعى إليه حكومة خادم الحرمين الشريفين الملك عبدالله بن عبدالعزيز وسمو ولي عهده الأمين وسمو ولي ولي العهد -حفظهم الله- للإرتقاء بمستوي الخدمات التي تصب في مصلحة ضيوف الرحمن لأداء نسكهم في أجواء روحانية وبكل يسر وسهولة .
إلى ذلك ركزت الورشة على أهمية أن يكون تدريب الموظفين وتأهيلهم يتوافق مع أهداف الإدارات المختلفة المستقاة من الأهداف العامة للوزارة التي تعمل علي تنفيذ سياسة الدولة للحج والعمرة والارتقاء بمستوى الخدمات المقدمة لضيوف الرحمن ، وتطوير أساليب أداءها والعمل على معالجة وتسهيل خدمات ضيوف الرحمن والاستفادة من التقنية ، وتطوير البنية المالية والإدارية بالوزارة والجهات الأهلية التي تشرف عليها ، والتعاون مع كافة الأجهزة ذات العلاقة .

There are several problems facing the pilgrims , for example , the problem of congestion is caused by several reasons , pilgrims come without a license for the Hajj becomes a large number of pilgrims , and pilgrims traveling from one area to another area at one time which leads to congestion, to solve the problem of congestion, the government set up the train to facilitate movement and reduce congestion.
